role="" type="person">马鸣</name> <lb ed="ZW" n="0060a07"/>菩萨造”。译者不详。一卷。</p> <lb ed="ZW" n="0060a08"/><p xml:id="pZW01p0060a0801">本典籍所述为密教戒律，共计八条，故名。本典籍未为我国历 <lb ed="ZW" n="0060a09"/>代经录所著录，亦不为历代大藏经所收，现藏于俄罗斯科学院东方 <lb ed="ZW" n="0060a10"/>研究所圣彼得堡分所，编号为Ф221，被视为敦煌遗书。但从种种迹 <lb ed="ZW" n="0060a11"/><anchor xml:id="nkr_note_add_0060a1101" n="0060a1101"/><anchor xml:id="beg0060a1101" n="0060a1101"/>象<anchor xml:id="end0060a1101"/>分析，该典籍幷非敦煌遗书，应为在西夏故地黑城出土的西夏文 <lb ed="ZW" n="0060a12"/>献<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0060001" type="person">马鸣</name>。初欲礼 <lb ed="ZW" n="0061a02"/>足功验，因礼圣天之足，有多应验，□圣天之威德。後<name role="" type="person">马鸣</name>启最上志 <lb ed="ZW" n="0061a03"/>诚<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0061001" n="0061001"/>，三业虔恭，顶礼圣天之花足也。</p> <lb ed="ZW" n="0061a04"/><p xml:id="pZW01p0061a0401">圣天问礼者：“礼住云何礼？礼因？礼缘？”故<name role="" type="person">马鸣</name>造十四根、八 <lb ed="ZW" n="0061a05"/>粗重，依禅定本续中，略开演触犯仪轨。</p> <lb ed="ZW" n="0061a06"/><p xml:id="pZW01p0061a0601">第一颂云<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0061002" n="0061002"/>：</p><lg xml:id="lgZW01p0061a0605"><l>持密禅定母，</l><l>强为自受用。</l></lg> <lb ed="ZW" n="0061a07"/><p xml:id="pZW01p0061a0701">此中有二种：初是新授戒母，二已授戒母。</p> <lb ed="ZW" n="0061a08"/><p xml:id="pZW01p0061a0801">无有人见禅定母，勇猛等要受用，作无二加行。故不依法作强 <lb ed="ZW" n="0061a09"/>受用者，犯粗重罪。</p> <lb ed="ZW" n="0061a10"/><p xml:id="pZW01p0061a1001">西天有一在于竭<g ref="#CB21593">󵑙</g>怛山初受大乘戒人，见持禅定母，要行婬染， <lb ed="ZW" n="0061a11"/>令诳<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0061003" n="0061003"/>受用禅定母。实不解无二加行，于禅定母处起婬染心故，马 <lb ed="ZW" n="0061a12"/>鸣菩萨造第一粗重罪。此是说初受戒人犯罪。</p> <lb ed="ZW" n="0061a13"/><p xml:id="pZW01p0061a1301">二，已受戒人犯罪者，勇猛等先来受戒，解无二加行。女人创初 <lb ed="ZW" n="0061a14"/>发心受戒，勇猛等不依法作，犯第一重罪。</p> <lb ed="ZW" n="0061a15"/><p xml:id="pZW01p0061a1501">西天竞伽河侧<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0061004" n="0061004"/>有一持禅定人，名折<g ref="#CB21593">󵑙</g>没怛，自七岁来时，受 <lb ed="ZW" n="0061a16"/>大乘秘密戒。因有一女人河边过来，见自女人颜貌端严，此法师心 <lb ed="ZW" n="0061a17"/>中起婬染心，言：“你受大乘秘密戒，速疾成<persName>佛</persName>。”因自行遂<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0061005" n="0061005"/>婬欲。 <lb ed="ZW" n="0061a18"/>故<name role="" type="person">马鸣</name>造第一重罪。</p> n="0061a20"/><p xml:id="pZW01p0061a2001">初受戒人，不了聚轮義中诤话，犯罪。</p> <pb ed="ZW" xml:id="ZW01.0004.0062a" n="0062a"/> <lb ed="ZW" n="0062a01"/><p xml:id="pZW01p0062a0101">西天有一人，实持禅定人，八月十五日于屍堂林中持禅定。或 <lb ed="ZW" n="0062a02"/>至一更来，有多勇猛作集轮时，于时此人问师：“因缘法灭後，再在不 <lb ed="ZW" n="0062a03"/>作<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0062001" n="0062001"/>？”师当时生嗔，默然不答。勇猛等惊疑。依此，<name role="" type="person">马鸣</name>造第二重 <lb ed="ZW" n="0062a04"/>罪。</p> <lb ed="ZW" n="0062a05"/><p xml:id="pZW01p0062a0501">第三颂云<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0062002" n="0062002"/>：</p><lg xml:id="lgZW01p0062a0505"><l>非器有情处，</l><l>说秘密法者。</l></lg> <lb ed="ZW" n="0062a06"/><p xml:id="pZW01p0062a0601">此中有二种：一初，未受戒人处说此法者，或见本尊等像，或见 <lb ed="ZW" n="0062a07"/>秘密禅观文字，犯罪。</p> <lb ed="ZW" n="0062a08"/><p xml:id="pZW01p0062a0801">二後，持禅定者，先受大乘戒已，不作禅定、不念真言、不放施食 <lb ed="ZW" n="0062a09"/>等，经一年，不依法修习者，此人处以不说秘密法。若说时犯粗重 <lb ed="ZW" n="0062a10"/>罪。若再受戒时<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0062003" n="0062003"/>，许说<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0062004" n="0062004"/>法，不犯罪。</p> <lb ed="ZW" n="0062a11"/><p xml:id="pZW01p0062a1101">第四颂云：</p><lg xml:id="lgZW01p0062a1105"><l>具信心有情，</l><l>所说顚倒法。</l></lg> <lb ed="ZW" n="0062a12"/><p xml:id="pZW01p0062a1201">此中有二种：一，无说句师，不解秘密法。第二习故<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0062005" n="0062005"/>，所说顚 <lb ed="ZW" n="0062a13"/>倒法。</p> <lb ed="ZW" n="0062a14"/><p xml:id="pZW01p0062a1401">西天有一法师，名山及多罗，先受小乘别解脱戒，能讲三乘、五 <lb ed="ZW" n="0062a15"/>性一切法门。见此一人法<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0062006" n="0062006"/>师说，有多人受戒，却将显教法，充作 <lb ed="ZW" n="0062a16"/>秘密<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0062007" n="0062007"/>而说，实不解秘密，就利养故，所说顚倒法。因此<name role="" type="person">马鸣</name>造第 <lb ed="ZW" xml:id="pZW01p0062a1901">持秘密禅定人与小乘声闻等不得同房在七夜，犯粗重罪。</p> <pb ed="ZW" xml:id="ZW01.0004.0063a" n="0063a"/> <lb ed="ZW" n="0063a01"/><p xml:id="pZW01p0063a0101">西天有一法师，常持小乘戒，或于一日，逢著一个持禅定人，同 <lb ed="ZW" n="0063a02"/>房共住七夜。持禅定人依法修作，法师心生毁谤。<name role="" type="person">马鸣</name>因此造第五 <lb ed="ZW" n="0063a03"/>粗重。</p> <lb ed="ZW" n="0063a04"/><p xml:id="pZW01p0063a0401">第六颂云：</p><lg xml:id="lgZW01p0063a0405"><l>若不作法事，</l><l>密者自受用。</l></lg> <lb ed="ZW" n="0063a05"/><p xml:id="pZW01p0063a0501">持禅定者受大乘秘密戒已，不作禅定、不念<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0063001" n="0063001"/>真言、不放施食 <lb ed="ZW" n="0063a06"/>等，系破戒。再不受戒，但名持禅定人者，犯重罪。</p> <lb ed="ZW" n="0063a07"/><p xml:id="pZW01p0063a0701">西天有一般弥怛法师，常与人受密戒。有一人受了密戒已经一 <lb ed="ZW" n="0063a08"/>年，于上师处幷不学此法戒相。此人不肯忏悔，死入地狱。因此马 <lb ed="ZW" n="0063a09"/>鸣造第六粗重。</p> <lb ed="ZW" n="0063a10"/><p xml:id="pZW01p0063a1001">第七颂云：</p><lg xml:id="lgZW01p0063a1005"><l>不解禅定智，</l><l>密者起我慢。</l></lg> <lb ed="ZW" n="0063a11"/><p xml:id="pZW01p0063a1101">持禅定者不解此教法義，强言“我能解秘密法。”诳<anchor xml:id="nkr_note_orig_0063002" n="0063002"/>初受戒 <lb ed="ZW" n="0063a12"/>人。实不解，妄生解。犯粗重罪。</p> <lb ed="ZW" n="0063a13"/><p
